How Long Does The Performance Last

The performance lasts 2 hours (Including Interval)

Where Can I Get Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online here
Tickets are available online up to 2 hours before each performance. Tickets can also be purchased at the On-Site Box Office which opens 30 minutes before the performance.

Can I Get A Refund of Tickets Purchased

We DO NOT offer refunds for Circus Tickets purchased online or at the On-Site Box Office. Please ensure that all your details are correct, Date, Location, Performance Time when confirming your booking on our website.
If you need to change the tickets for another performance, we will endeavour to accommodate you, please call (087 798518) 10am to 4pm or email: [email protected]

Tickets will only be refunded if a performance is cancelled.

I Have Not Received My Email Confirmation For Purchased Tickets

Debit/Credit Cards Accepted?

We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards for tickets purchased Online or at the On-Site Box Office. Cash is preferred for transactions during the performance, at the Circus Shop and for Souvenirs etc.

Do I Have To Pay For A Child Under 2 Years Old

Children under 2 years of age are admited free of charge if they sit on a parent’s lap.

Can I Bring My Pram/Car Seat Inside

Prams and Car Seats are not allowed in the Ringside Seating Areas or at the Seating Blocks. We have a dedicated ‘Stroller Parking’ area located beside the Circus Shop.

Can I Bring My Own Food

Only food purchased at the Circus Shop can be consumed on the premises.
The Circus Shop has a variety of Soft Drinks, Candy Floss, Pop Corn, Nachos, Sweets and Circus Souvenirs

I Have Purchased Online Tickets Do I Need To Print Them

We advise to print your tickets, this will speed up your entry to the Circus. You can also download the Electronic Ticket to your phone in advance of arrival.

Can I Take Pictures & Videos

Yes, you can take pictures without a flash, and strictly from your seat and please be considerate to the people around you. We are happy to see all the pictures you have taken with your family, feel free to post them on our social medias.

Does The Performance Include Animals

No, there are no Animals in the performance.

Do You Offer A Discount For Large Parties

We can offer Discounts for groups of 12 and over. For larger corporate group bookings please contact [email protected]

Do You Charge For Customers With Disabilities

We do not charge customers with disabilities. A Carer must purchase a ticket when attending with a customer with additional needs.
Reduced ticket rates can be availed of by carers for their clients on presentation of the appropriate identification, such as, a Family Carers Ireland Card.
